This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, through forms and communications you submit to us, through our marketing communications, and through any online chat, account, or purchasing features we make available now or in the future. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

- Contact and inquiry forms (processed via HubSpot): name, company name, email address, phone number, role (e.g., property manager, integrator, developer), building/project details, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter and marketing sign-ups: name and email address, and any preferences you select.
- Live chat (if enabled): your name, contact details, and the content of your chat conversation.
- Dealer/partner portal accounts (if enabled): login credentials, company details, and communications with our team.
- Online purchases (if enabled in the future): billing name, shipping address, order details, and payment information — payment card data is processed directly by a third-party payment processor and is not stored on our systems.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers (including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) automatically collect certain information using cookies and similar technologies, including:
