CPLX Linux 6.0+ is a significant upgrade of our software with 90% of the code being new . This re write enabled us to design a common set of modules that could be shared across all platforms, whether the device is a server, controller, entry phone or cloud based service. We can now roll out new or customized features for our clients more swiftly, at reduced cost with higher system uptime. This release also sees the introduction of two way audio/video services between guard screens, entry phones and intercom stations. Mobile APPS for the iOS and Android are now available.

We believe this combination of technologies achieves a level of convenience and security which far exceeds what was offered in the previous generation.

Upgrade Compatibility

All your existing field devices, such as suite panels, door modules, intercoms, elevator controllers, etc will work on this new platform without modification Some customers with Servers and Controllers, less than 5 years of age, can retain this equipment and simply upgrade their memory drives.

The User Interface is engineered to be responsive to the specific features installed at your facility referred to as auto sensing This greatly simplifies use of the program by bringing forward the relevant menus, screens and fields instantly to Guard's attention A highlight of the new interface is live 7 x 24 streaming Video from intercoms and entry phones equipped with an onboard camera A convenient call button is placed on each video, so the guard my instantly engage a visitor or resident.

VistaDial Services

We have engineered VistaDial Services as a platform for property managers to administer their site By logging into VistaDial, managers will have secure remote access to make directory changes, view live streaming video, open doors or configure slides on their Entry Phone screens Managers may also authorize services, set staff access to the site, examine equipment inventory, review and print invoices VistaDial will calculate monthly fees based on the services chosen by the manager and process payments through Electronic Funds Transfer(EFT).

Critical Services Maintained with NO Internet

Your Condoplex system will continue to operate several critical systems, no matter what the state of the internet. This is something that cannot be said for the majority of "Cloud" based systems. We do this by providing intelligent hardware at the site level. When storms hit or blackouts occur, Guards/Property Managers can add new users, run reports, open doors, release elevators, post messages, communicate with intercoms. Water sensors and valve actuators will continue to operate and alert on site staff through their Guard Stations. When the internet returns all cloud data is synchronized and internet only services (Mobile APPs) are restored at the site.

This is a very unique and highly requested feature that Condoplex offers to its customers.

New Devices Introduced with Linux 6

Many new products are centered around audio video communications These new touchscreen intercoms and entry phones in 7 10 and 19 formats enable live video to be broadcast to an intercom or entry phone A video image is a more effective means for guards to remote challenge unwanted visitors at your facility Residents or Staff may accept calls on their mobile APP and conduct a two way video call with guards or visitors.

Bluetooth Readers

Condoplex offers a Bluetooth solution for Condominiums. This allows the resident to use their phone in addition to their key fob to access doors. Unlike a key fob, which can only operate a few inches away from the reader, we can set read range on an individual door basis. This means at low risk doors, read range can be increased for more convenience, while reduced in areas where there is a higher risk of intrusion. Although initial applications of this technology act as an alternative to key fobs, we see a great opportunity to apply this technology to manage visitor or service personnel access into your facility.

Water Detection and Auto Shutoff

Water is the number one cause of property damage. Premiums and deductibles are reflective of high claim values over the past decade. Condoplex offers the most effective, secure and least costly means to protect your facility by leveraging your existing infra structure. Suite panels now come equipped with long range (915 Mhz.) When water is detected, actuated valves may be controlled and monitored for proper closure.
